PAL Creates trust and understanding between youth and Police officers. PAL Helps youth flourish and succeed through preventive programming.

PAL is a youth crime prevention program that helps children build strength and character through recreational and educational activities. These programs help build trust and understanding between youth and police officers. This relationship can help youth make law abiding choices later on in life. The PAL program brings youth under the supervision and positive influence of laws enforcement personnel to reinforce responsible values and attitudes. There is no finer invest for any community than its youth.
