ARREST MADE IN HOMICIDE INVESTIGATION

ELK GROVE, CA -On April 5, 2021, Marvin Stephney, a 36-year-old Sacramento resident, turned himself in at the Sacramento County Main Jail. Stephney wasbooked into jail for violation of PC 187 for the March 18, 2021 homicide of 34-year-old Davon Learson-Shafer.
